I’m Tami and my kitchen has played out like a true Dr. Seuss Novella over the years: A little of this, of a little of that, too much of this, not enough of that, how about this, how about that, and finally, I like this and I’m all about that!
I confess I’m a bench marker; I take good ideas and try to make them better, whether it’s in a chocolate store on the wharf of San Francisco or a market on the isle of Bali, or frequenting chocolate stores in my own backyard of Salt Lake City. I try to translate great ideas into even greater doughs.
I LOVE fruits and nuts, and of course chocolate, and I think the three are perfect companions. Any day of the week, month, or year you will find a large variety of nuts, seeds, fresh and dried fruits, and massive amounts of chocolate in all kinds of shapes, sizes and flavors floating about in my kitchen. Naturally spices too, of which I stock in unnaturally large proportions.
Pursuit of the palette we say! If it isn’t wonderful, it doesn’t belong in your mouth. As far as we’re concerned, it’s a sin to add any unnatural ingredient that would compromise the wholesome goodness we demand. At every turn we use the finest ingredients, from our selection of eggs and dairy, down to our choice of high quality chocolates, and premium dried fruits and nuts.
